Heritage Aviation (KBTV) introduces 24 hours service; Facility Receives National Recognition for Commitment to Renewable Energy and Sustainability

January 18, 2010, Burlington, VT... Heritage Aviation, a world-class FBO at KBTV is now fully operational and open around the clock, 365 days a year with US Customs on-site and all amenities.

The new 79,300 sq. ft. facility features a large heated hangar, forced air de-icing, aircraft detailing, pilots' lounge, movie theater, snooze rooms, exercise room, showers, conference rooms and a luxury passenger reception area. An award-winning maintenance and avionics Part 145 repair station is on-site, making Heritage Aviation KBTV's only full service FBO. The new facility is partially powered by renewable resources including solar and wind energy, and has erected the nation's first on-site community scale wind turbine at a general aviation facility.

Heritage Aviation KBTV Receives Rave Reviews; Spectacular New Facility to Open on Schedule

September 15, 2009, Burlington, VT... Heritage Aviation, KBTV's newest full service FBO has received many positive reviews from its customers after just four months of operations.

The world class 79,300 square foot LEED facility offers every amenity imaginable. In addition to a luxurious customer reception area with atrium and coffee bar, the new facility has a spacious pilots' lounge and cinema, snooze rooms, fitness center, weather and briefing areas, hangar space, free coffee and Wi-Fi and all amenities. A green roof with observation deck offers spectacular views of Vermont's Green Mountains and the Champlain Valley. The entire facility has been designed to be eco-friendly as well as luxurious, from the utilization of solar and wind energy, to the use of LEKTRO tugs and ground vehicles that run on bio-diesel.
